Sam grew up in Southern Vermont and New Hampshire in a family of contractors, learning from a young age the skills and knowledge of various trades.  In that area there's a strong emphasis of being self reliant and using what we have around us to get the job done.  This led to a high level of resourcefulness and perseverance that he carries with him today.

With 15 years of owner operator experience in landscaping, contracting, and mortgage field services work he has built a wide skillset with a focus in foreclosure process, loss mitigation, and marketability services.
